Maxime is a Swiss film & commercial director based in Paris, France.
He began his career as an Account Manager and Strategist in various advertising agencies, where he worked for international clients such as Nespresso, Nestlé, Piaget, Mont Blanc, Nissan, Easy Jet, etc. His daily work included communication campaigns, events, film production, and copywriting.
Transitioning from the dynamic agency landscape to the realm of production, Maxime found his next adventure within a small Swiss company. He initially assumed the roles of a Key Account Manager and Producer, rapidly ascending to the distinguished position of an Associate Partner.
Over a span of five transformative years, he adeptly steered the company’s trajectory, managed key client relationships, and infused creativity into every facet of projects. With tenacity and dedication, he embarked on a personal journey of growth and taught himself film direction, editing, post-production, VFX, CGI, and color grading during many determined nights.
In the early months of 2018, Maxime made a pivotal decision to chart a new course. He transitioned to become a freelance director, embracing the roles of a VFX supervisor and CGI animator. His versatile expertise led him to contribute to a multitude of international launches, collaborating with iconic brands like Swatch, L’Occitane en Provence, The North Face, and the famous Montreux Jazz Festival. His cinematic finesse took shape in skillful amalgamations of CGI and live-action elements, eventually culminating in groundbreaking work with Virtual Sets.
